I just created a Union, the Working Out Union. It's pretty fun, I think I'll learn how to be a better athlete. It hit me one time when I was reading The Anatomy of Strength Training while on a Union site. I was thinking about routines, and I thought, why not make a post. Better yet, why not make a Union, there are probably others like me. So here it is, the Working Out Union.
