You guys have used a very weird way of measuring things. I just tried Tekken, and you are into the main menu in about 20 seconds - just keep pressing Start to skip all the screens and intro movie. From there to a Quick battle gives you about 8 seconds load-time max, though of course it may take a little more time depending on how long you take to select your character.
