Wow so I finally decided to write a blog after being a member since 09-2004. So what brought about this change? Well I wanted to tell everyone about this awesome new free to play mmorpg game that is coming out soon called Perfect World . Gamespot doesnt have any information about it on their website and the game is entering a closed beta phase right now where their allowing players to create accounts to play in the closed beta once the client is finished.

The game was originally made in China and then it was released to the Japanese and Philippines markets but both of these countrys ban foreign ip addresses. Malaysia is currently working on an English client for their international server which wont be banning foreign ip addresses but the client keeps getting delayed. In the meantime however fans of the game can play on the malaysian chinese servers with the same account that they created for when the English client is released and there is an English patch that translates the chinese text to English. The English patch isnt very good but at least players will be able to understand some of the game and test it out to see if its truely worth the wait.

Fans have already created several great English communitys like Perfect World Wiki with useful information for people who want to learn about the game. There are also several videos on youtube (links below)
