I just learned of the price of the PlayStation 3...$499. There are two prices, but the second isn't even worth mentioning because this one is out of my range. I knew I wasn't going to get one on launch day, I can never find the money on the day it comes out. But I was hoping to at least get one this year. But that's not going to be the case. In fact, I don't think I'll get one next year either. More specificially, I have to wait for some sort of price drop. That tag is just not in my budget, even if it's low for a Blu-Ray player. Besides, I'm still trying to collect all the movies I want on DVD, so there's no way I'm about to start over. I'm thinking about the guaranteed exclusives: Tekken, Metal Gear Solid, Killzone; but it's just not adding up to a need for the new PlayStation. I'll stick with my Xbox 360 until the price comes down to something I can afford. It'll be fascinating to see what Fingerhut's price is...
