I mean, theres been no real classic albums or amazing bands like in the 60s, 70s and 80s etc. There doesnt seem to be any originality, alot of indie bands sounds the same, theres alot of hype for these bands as well (the arctic monkeys for example)Â so there bound to dissapoint on some level. Music these days doesnt really hold my attention like the older bands, Id get bored of them after a while and then leave the album to gather dust on the shelf.

IÂ agree with you that new music sucks.
But imo 80's music was pretty bad and 90's music was pretty good. 00 music is pretty bad. It's a pattern. Music is gonna be good again in 2010
80's was the best decade......you must not have listened to the right music.
How do you guys feel about the "good vs bad" wars? WCW vs the NWO, the corporation/corporate ministry vs....whoever wasn't in it. I thought those were good times...some of the time.
