[QUOTE="SMUboi"]I have another idea about the prize giftto prevent AWOLs and make the championship more competitive as well as keeping the series ongoing with players and make sure that they stay active on this forum board and also ensure fair play. If I can.. please let me suggest the following to qualify for the F1PU Kohler Prize Award (a choice of GameSpot PLUS one year subscription or BATracer Kool Tools; I may change the prize to both if I am impressed with the players performance) 1. Player must remain active on the F1PU forum by posting Driver reports and opinions so that other members of this forum and see it.. You don't have to post everyday or everytime, but I expect some consistency in posting. 2. An accumulated points system for the three seasons will be calculated.. a weighted points system designed by me will be calculated and tabulated. For example, if you drive a Super Aguri, you will be awarded full points for whatever you score that season, but if you drive a Renault and you score 120 points, you will only receive 40 points... Of course the weighted system is depended on the parts and tire upgrades that occurs during the season.. the less upgrades your team has the more weighted points you win! Actually, I would prefer if we can use a Fantasy league-styled system to select which car we drive... for example, the first season we select the random draw using Jason's idea, and if you get a Ferrari the first season, the next season, you have to be randomly selected for a mid-range car (like Toyota or BMW) or a low-range car (like Midland or Super Aguri).. then at the end of three seasons, the points are added and then the winner wins the prize... If anything has been proven, almost any car can win in BATracer... Jamie won in an Aguri because he had an active teammate! Douglas won the drivers in the Toyota! Let me know what you guys think of the refined Jason's proposal? I don't really think this is a good idea since it would take over a year to find a winner.
