Im looking forward to this although I think all of those guns are going to be a little overwhelming.

In story mode, You can also just go back to where you died to get your Souls back.

Also, no there is no split screen 2 player.

Playing this game online will give you a bunch of advantages id say, and make it slightly better. But id say it can still be enjoyed almost just as much off line.

17 million weapons doesn't mean a whole lot because there could be as few as 5 base guns and then just add several modifiers that range from -10 to +10, such as damage, accuracy, range, damge radius, extra fire damage and 5x20x20x20x20x20 is already 16 million. Each combination of those modifiers count as a different gun, right? I think most roleplaying games could make a similar claim, so it doesn't mean much.

If they meant 4000 base guns with 4000 add ons (scope, silencer. etc) that would be impressive.

The online facter has alot to do with this game. It has a lot of small things that come with the online that will make it a great game.

Being invaded may not be what you want but it will keep you on your toes and into the game (besides you and him both have to be at a point in the game so high lvls don't own you all the time)

Seeing other people playing as you play is a small but big thing.

See how people die, VERY epic that would make a big impact on your gameplay.

All togeather, the add alot of this game. I believe that a big part of this game is around that online part. So will it be fun offline? Or will you start to feel all alone in a big world like oblivion. WHICH IS A BAD THING, the only thing I hated about oblivion was the feeling that your in this big world alone. Get boring fast.

Will Demon's souls be a good game if you don't have internet? It sounds like it would only be a good game if you had internet connection. If it will still be a good game. Can you fill me into why?

The Fallout 3 comment was to get people into the topic to learn about the game. That and someone who likes fallout are very likely to like this game as well.

But I am looking forward to borderlands for alot of reason but I think the making your own custom vehicle that others can ride, BadAzz. Also 17,000,000 weapons is amazing for any game, I just hope they all feel different, and not all the same. Like in The Darkness, where there was no different or point to the guns.

BTW I can't wait for brutal legend as well lol.
