your a werid guy although what you siad is true if you downgrade you cannot play some of the biggest PSP games like GTA and Smackdown Vs Raw 2006 you cna play on 2.00 however maybe V3 should allow homebrew with no Kernal access??? this means no pirate software yet great home made games.
