Yea, I'm starting my own GoW Tournament for PC. They will be 3v3 rounds, friendly fire will be on.

I am not in the tournament, only host. The type to talk feature will be disabled but you will be allowed to teamspeak. Rounds will be first to 5.

It depends what motherboard you have, different motherboard brands have different PCI colors.

I have a 19" runs at maximum resolution (1440 x 900)

Try an Intel Motherboard, they are good

This is pretty wierd, I can run Gears with everything maxed out, using this piece of junk PC.

This RAM is crazy, Samsung 2x512MB, probably DDR2 400. WTF?!
