A pretty daring thing to say...

Ok, I may sound crazy, but you know? I actually started to like the whole Shin Megami Tensei series more than any other Role Playing franchise. Even Final Fantasy. Seirously!

To me, the Shin Megami Tensei games have proven me that they can have a great story, likeable characters( Really! I "felt in love" with some of these characters), gorgeus art-style, believable voice-acting and incredible music. And not only Persona! The other games are wonderful as well!!!Devil Summoner, Digital Devil Saga(my personal favourite), Devil Kids and let us not forget, the classic Shin Megami Tensei games, especially the third one, Nocturne. Atlus, is now one of my favourite companies. I like and play with delight each of their games I stumble on (You know... Trauma Center!!). I even like the RPGs, Atlus always publishes on the PSP! Those are great as well!

Also, about Shin Megami Tensei, have you noticed how the games always improve each time a new title comes? Take for example Persona.

The first one was pretty good(even though, not my favourite). The second one was waaay better with an incredible and dark story-line and waaay better gameplay mechanics.

The third one needs no introduction as it was one of the most notorius games to come out in 2007. Yes, it was different, but it was different in a good way. The life sim and RPG combination is brilliantand the whole shooting in the head mechanic was strangely interesting. In my opinion, it sure is great way to make people want to find out, why are these teenagers shooting themselves in head. Could it be because they're emo? Who knows? Why not find for yourself and play the game? Experience it!

Now, Persona 4... What can I say? Do I have to say anything? Well, I can say that it is better than the third one. But I really can't say anything... I just have no words! Currently, I'm listening to the song SMILE from Persona 4 OSTand I feel like I want to, who knows... Probably shed a tear? It may sound stupid, but somehow, I believe it does a great job of expressing my feelings about the game. Even though the game has a pretty dark story, the things that happen to thse characters still make you smile. Of course, I'm not talking about the bad stuff, but about the good stuff. The stuff that makes you forget about saving the world and enjoying the fact that you have great friends around you and especially a wonderful familly. I know it's pretty far, but that's how I see the game.

Now let's look at Final Fantasy. Without a doubt, Final Fantasy 1-9 are incredible games and I have to say, that Final Fantasy 7 is the one that brought me into the RPG land (even though Final Fantasy 8 is my all-time favourite Final Fantasy. Even Final Fantasy X could be considered a PS2 classic, but after that... Well, kaboom. After Final Fantasy XI, everything went downhill. XII was decent, but there was a noticable difference. Most of the staff changed and you could notice that Final Fantasy has turned from a true Role Playing experience, into a game based on some standards only: Beautiful graphics, weird story and a love-or-hate new gameplay mechanic. It also feels more like a licensed game which, doesn't even need effort into making it, because the die-hard fans will buy it anyway. The developers, don't seem as interested in making the games like before, as if they got bored. To me, this was because of XI, the MMO. It just changed everything... I don't know, it's weird.

Anyway, why I wanted to say is that Shin Megami Tensei will alwasys be one of my favourite series ever and most of all IT'S MY FAVOURITE Role-Playing franchises ever. And let us not forget the company that started it all, ATLUS, to which I give my sincere Thanks! That's all I had to say! Cheers to everyone! (Also, I know I had to add images, but I'm too lazy)

OMFG! I've beaten Final Fantasy X!!!

Finally! After 72 hours of frustration, I've finally beaten Final Fantasy X! But why am I making such a big deal out of this?! Simple. Because Final Fantasy X is actually the FIRST RPG I have ever beaten. And believe me, it's about time. I can't even count how MANY RPGs I tried to play, but I never got to finish any of them. Not even Crisis Core! I always started a new game and never looked back at the previous one (except Final Fantasy 8 ^o^). Anyway, here's to X-2, right?! Cheers!

I got a Wii! Thoughts?

When it came to games I was always left behind. I've always been a PC gamer, even though I had consoles before. The thing is that they were never interesting to me. Plus, consoles weren't as popular in "mah" country, as in others. So I stuck with the Pc. My first MAJOR console was the Sony Playstation 2, which I got in the Christmas of 2007. Yah, I'm teh man... But finally I got a Wii. What are my thoughts? It's a wonderful console. Even though there aren't as many good games as on the other ones. But think about it, the good games on the Wii aren't just good. They're freakin' awesome! So that's what I have to say about the Wii! There will be more blogs! I hope... Until then, PEACE!

Seems that a lot has changed!

I started to realize how iresponsible I am. I never cared about any of my work. I've got an Youtube channel on where I rarely upload a video. I've got my own blog which I haven'tupdated since May of 2009. And I also have another blog on Gamespot.com, where as you can see I haven't posted anything. I looked at my first post on this profile. I realized how much I've changed. Now I'm fourteen years old. I'm trying to live a more mature life than before. I want my words to have a sense of logic. My tastes have become more refined. My sense of criticism has increased. You read some of my reviews of games such as Dead Head Fred or Spider-Man:The Movie, and you ask yourself "What the hell is with this guy?!". I know this, and you don't have to lie about it. These were the words of a twelve year old. Now I'm 14. I know what I should in the future. You just wait. I don't ask you to wait for my posts like you would for gold. I ask you to look at my posts in another way from now on. This is Axelander999. Peace!

My gaming preferences

I haven't been posting anything on my Gamespot page, so I figured out that I should. Today I will post my gaming preferences. First of all, I usually play games on my laptop, my PS2 and my PSP. I've got a Lenovo N500. Windows Vista, Intel Pentium Dual CPU T3200 2.00 GHz, 4 GO RAM, 1292 MO Video Memory, DirectX 10. Pretty powerful for a laptop, I must say. I try to play newer and older games. I usually choose the lowest resolution and lowest graphic quality. Even so, it doesn't work perfect, and the game lags alot. I love RPGs and First-person-shooters. I love reviewing games and movies. I've got my own blog where I do even more. But unless you're romanian, or speak romanian, you won't understand anything. Thank you for reading, and Good-Bye
