Games:
Well a couple of days ago I restarted my WoW account. I just got so bored of not having any MMO to play. I am on the Garabushi? Server as a Undead Warrior called Ardvark. Haha, like that name? I knew you would. The game has not changed much since I played it last about a year ago. That is a good and bad thing, CoH changed so much from when it first came out that its what I naturally expected, but that game sucked when it first came out, then got good, the sucked once agian. I tried to get back into that on my brothers account, couldn't so thats how I decided on WoW. In other news, my cousin has ben playing a lot of Source lately so I might start that up agian so I can talk with him. Hes no where near at my level but hes ok. Given I have been playing CS since beta 5.5 though (god damn that was like 6 years ago). My friend just ordered a new GPU, 7950 GTX. That thing is overkill if you ask me (or am I just jealous.. probably, but we wont let him know that). My 7900GT XFX can play any one of my games on (almost) max graphics and get about 70-90 FPS. His will get about 100-120, but still. Do you really need more than 60 FPS? (Dont answer that). Here is something I have not talked about in a while, Spellforce 2. Although I am very active on the forms here on GS in the forms for it, they are not all that active. Kinda sad. I tried to play the single player quick battle (or whatever its called) and got bored very quickly. Maybe this is because about the same time I reinstalled WC3 and was introduced to TD maps. With this said I have not been able to fully test Spellforce because I do not know anyone that owns it except for myself. I am not sure if I will hold off on doing a review for it until I have played all of the aspects in the game, or just go ahead and base it off the fact WC3 is better. I will let my attitude determine that. Well I think I am going to write up some reviews of some games (besides SF2).

Wow, I have not posted anything for a while now. That is not good. I have been doing a lot lately. Lets start from where I left off last... Crap. I don't remember was I did 2 weeks ago. Oh well, I will tell you what happened this past weekend. Friday night I called up my friend Derek who is about 4 foot nothing. Hes not young (23) just short, and I rag on him for it everyday. Hes a good guy though. Just to give you a back history of my friend, he owns a Scion tC and loves racing and cars. So I was hanging out with him and Fazcard (Pronounced Far-Hod, lets just call him Li Here is his car.) We hang out friday night at Derek's new place all night and he invites me to a event going on. I accept and we hang out around till 2am. I take Li home, and learn more about this guy because I don't know him that well. Anyway, I wake up the next morning and my phone rings. Its maryanna, and she invites me to hang out with her tonight after 4pm. So I accept. 5 min after she called my friend Jason calls and invites me to his Bachelor party tonight. So now I have 3 events to attend in 1 night. So its 4pm, I go eat with maryanna at BJ's, Good pizza place, till 7pm. Then I go to my friends bachelor party and get a little drunk (enough so it would wear off in a few hours) and hang out. The strippers show up, we all have a good time, I get a lap dance then I have to go. I pick up my friend Arion from his girl friends house and we drive the 1 1/2 hour drive to this place. We get there around 1:45am and we see some awesome rides. My personal favorite was a Cadillac DeVille that had a very clean engine and some hydraulics that could launch it to the moon. There was a bikini contest, some drag racing, and a car show. It was all fun, Li won Best Toyota. After its all done, we start to drive home with one quick stop at a gas station. Guess what, the supra is leaking oil. So he has to stay behind for a few hours for the tow truck to come meanwhile we all go home. It was a nice drive home, very cool weather. The next day me and Arion go to eat at his restaurant he works at then went and smoked. It was quite the weekend, probably the best I ever had.

Games:
Finally completed SpellForce 2. It was to easy at the end I think, but the items I had setup made it that way as well. I want to try out the multiplayer next and see how that is. Once I have played through all the modes I will right up a detailed review of the game and how I liked it. OH, I downloaded the Prey demo, and I cannot wait for this game to come out. I had never heard of this game until the demo was released, so this was a real shock and delight for me. I plan to buy the game right when it comes out. The portal system in the game is just awesome and messes with your basic knowledge of games and it will make you rethink everything you know about video game design. I recommend this one to anyone who loves a good FPS. Prey will probably be my focused game when it comes out. Dedicate my time to that. Well I ran out of things to saw, catch ya later.

Misc:
Well I do not know if I have much to report since my last post. At least for stuff not gaming related. Well there is this one thing. I went on craigslist to check to see if they have any 300zx's like I always do, and I found 3 awesome deals for some. It makes me somewhat mad that they are putting up all these deals on 300zx's while I am saving up for this trip to Japan. Its ok though, because if I do end up not going to Japan then I will have all this money for a car. Makes me almost not want to go on this trip so I will have all this extra money in savings. Ooooo how nice that would be. But I don't mind being poor to go on this trip. God, Arion still has yet to do his stupid project. Enough on that though because it only makes me angry to think about. Been watching the NBA Finals and god dang are these some good games. The Heat looked like they were going to lose it in Game 3 but they sure managed to pull something out of their arse. Still rooting for Dallas though. At least if Heat looses the finals, the Suns will come in 3rd.

Games:
Well over the weekend I had an extremely cheap weekend. I went to my friend Tom's house and all we did all weekend was play Total Annihilation. 2000 unit limits in a 50x50 map. It was so fun. Most fun I have ever had playing that game. Also played some BF2, AvP2, and C&C: Generals. I have also been playing my Spellforce 2 game and man am I enjoying that game so much. I have been playing the game probably 20-25 hours now and am only half way through. Although I play all side quests and everything. It is so much fun and I recommend everyone who plays WC3 to buy this game.

Misc:
Well I have had my new monitor for a week now, and I still love it. Have not had any problems and boy did I get it for a steal. I am telling you people, Newegg is where it is at. Anyway, I was calculating how much it is going to cost me and my friend to go to Japan and do what we want and have the kinda fun we like to have where ever we go. 4k is what I came up with. Each, not total. Thats $8000 for 2 people to go to Japan. Can you say "Ouch". Well I know I can save up that kinda money, I am worried about my friend. He likes to spend, spend, spend and he relies a little to much on mommy and daddy even though he doesn't think so. I really hope he can come up with the money, because I really want to go this year and before the winter hits. We were thinking in August sometime but I dont know if he will have enough. Even if his parents pay for the plan ticket and his half of the hotel that is about $2000 that he will still need. And he has nothing. I will know for sure by June 23rd if we will be going to Japan together or if I am just going to take a week off and go up to Seattle and visit my cousin.

Misc:
This week has been an interesting one, that is for sure. Monday I blew up on my best friend and his girl friend, suns have lost twice this week and my new monitor came. First let me tell you about my monitor. I bought it for $270 at newegg.com with a $30 mail-in rebate. Its a BenQ Monitor 19" LCD, DVI output with a 2ms responce time and a contrast for 700:1. This thing is sharp. I was using a 17" CRT before and now with this thing I dont feel like I will need to upgrade for another 5 years or so. Every image is so clear and playing games is like a whole new experience. Games are brighter, clearer, and now I can finally understand what the the excitement was about when FEAR came out because I couldnt with my old CRT. If you are a gamer on a budget get the "BenQ FP93GX" off newegg. The monitor is a steal at the (now $255) price tag. I did not get any dead pixels and so far it has only gotten 5 star reviews. Including from myself.

Games:
Well I played Sin: Emergence the other day and to tell you the truth, I was not impressed. The game was obviously aimed towards the male audience, which I don't mind but it always seems to lower any quality of game just a bit when it has that sex appeal. With that said though, this is definitely a Mature rated game. F-bombs thrown all over the place and half naked women. At first I thought that I would love the game, but as I played it through a couple things prevented my from fully appreciating the game. First I was on a time constraint and wanted to beat the game as fast as possible because I thought the game was going to be plot oriented so I cheated and raised my health to 1000. Second I did not like any of the weapons in the game. The SMG was just annoying when it came to the recoil constently lifting your aim. The shotgun was not very useful against certain enemies. The pistol was just plain annoying. I did like the secondary shots of the Pistol and SMG though. Shotgun not so much. I would play, only this time not cheat, but I dont have any desire to do so. This game does not have much replayability for me. I am enjoying the original game Sin though. That game brings back some memories and I love the gameplay. Hate to say it but the only good thing about buying Sin: Emergence is the fact you get Sin with it. I consider it like I bought 2 games for $10 each. I am going to get off work at 5 though and go straight over to Fry's and buy HL2: E1. I cant wait to get my hands on that and find out what is in store for me. I
love the plot to the HL series, find it so fascinating.

Games:
Well yesturday after work I went to Fry's Electronics and bought two new games. Laser Squad Nemesis, and Sin Emergence. I have played the Tutorial and the first level of the game for 1 of the 4 races. The first level took me 30 min. to beat but felt a lot longer because of its X-Com style. It doesn't appear to have any music so I will have to improvise and throw myself a beat when the pixels start to fly. I cant play Sin right now because my CRT cor some reason that I cant figure out does not like to play certain games with my Analog to DVI converter. So I have to wait till Wednesday for my new 19" LCD 2ms rt. I am excited. Also cant seem to find my Half Life 2 CD Key. That would suck if its lost because I still love to play HL2 every now and again. Its ok though because I have BF2 ready to go on my machine all patched up and just waiting for me to play it. I added a the rest of the games I own to My Games list. It made me realize how much I play on my PC as opposed to console. Oh, just realized I left a couple out because they are at friends houses. Oh well I will add them later.

Another day, another quarter as I like to say. I was able to add a bunch of my PC games I have owned at the present time and in the past to my list of games, also a bunch of PC games that I want to get. I just need to update it will all my consoles next, I probably will get to it Sunday or something. Tonight going to see the Suns game and maybe X3 but not sure on that. I am really enjoying the features that come with subscribing to Gamespot so far and I think I will keep it up, might even get the platnium or whatever it is that they have just to get the faster downloads. Its just nicer having a one place stop for my gaming needs especially since I have been a member of gamespot for the last couple years but never really explored outsie of the frontpage and a couple of the gaming sections of the site. Still dont quite understand the Level system or the rank system but I am sure I will in due time, or when I just cant take it anymore and have to look it up to find out what the hell it is.

Misc:
Well here I am. Another day, another 50 cents. Just upgraded my computer and have it all hooked up all I need to do is buy a new headset, speakers, soundcard, and moniter to fit in with the new computer and I will be all setup.  Got the GeForce 7900 GT XFX, AMD 3800+, x2 dual channel ram (x4 512mb), XP 64, A8N-E. Was on newegg finding parts for my mini-me computer I am going to build. Going to cost me around $500 for it. Not bad. Its going to be a pure LAN party machine. 80gb, AMD 3400+, GeForce 6800 GT, 1gb of ram.

Games:
Going to install Hitman Blood Money when I get home and try that out. Also install the update and run Battlefield 2 and try that out for the first time since I got my new toys. Need to go home and download all the updates for all of my games and burn them to a DVD so I dont ever have to go back. That should be fun, and hopefully some of my anime is done.  Get to watch the last episode of Initial D 4th Stage. That will be fun. Cant wait for the Supremem Commander to come out, been looking at that for a couple months now and the trailer just makes it look better. Gotta remember to show my bro when he gets back from Cali. Been looking at screens from Crysis and I am so excited about that game. Hopefully my solo vid will be enough to run it so I dont have to buy a new motherboard.
