My wish list... Listing by most important first

1. 80 gb PS3 (40 gb would be fine, but my PS2 is a launch system back from 2000 and not sure how much life is left in it)

2. Ratchet and Clank, this looks like fun!

3. Unreal Tournament 3, fun blasting action, looks nice and fun!

4. Assasins Creed, seems like a nice adventure/action game, I love exploring too.

5. Uncharted (but not a neccessary), looks beautiful, and nice action, but would switch this with AC if need be.

6. oh and Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, if I don't get the 80 gb with Motorstorm, need a good racing/driving game

7. HDMI cable, want to get the full HD experience on Christmas morning :)

It's just me living a single life, so I just have to nag one person... myself :) I just hope I listen and follow through :(

Yeah, I know... but cheap I guess is relative. I will be getting the PS3 again, believe me. If for anything FF13 :) But I know there will be so much more for the system too.

I'll be going to the game store in a little bit for lunch to check out the titles you all have listed.

As for being able to get both at once, yes I could afford that, but couldn't afford to keep that much out of my account, with all said and done :) I keep a budget, lol.. at least try to. Plus, like I mentioned I was struggling to find a fun game to keep the PS3 justified for me at least. Some people are having a blast with theirs, I just didn't enjoy it too much, with the game selections available at the moment, again, for my taste.

True, and believe me, i wanted to keep the PS3 also, but unfortunately, couldn't afford to keep both systems.

In time, like I said earlier, i'm sure to have all 3 systems, as most people will. :)

I'll check out Paper Mario today too! Galaxy looks awesome too! and no, haven't played any Resident Evils before, I know, where have I been, lol... So Resident Evil 4 is on the plate also to check out!

I see how the 360 would compliment the wii. I see a lot of fun games on that system too! I ended up getting all the last gen systems, so i'm sure that will happen sooner or later for me.

Btw, how do you find your friend code? Is that how you get to meet other mii's? I'm guessing it's in the settings somewhere for the wii. (Nevermind, lol, just read the sticky ontop of the forum) :)

Yes, I have heard of Final Fantasy, :) Love them... I'll probably pick up the PS3 when they release13. Until then I have my PS2 for 12 and below.

Yes, I agree, there are plenty of good games for the PS3 finally.. and yes, the future for both systems looks really awesome! I'm looking forward to Little Big Planet on the PS3. And Mario Kart for the wii!

Also, I had seen the intec charging station for $30, is it worth it? Has anyone had issues with them, good or bad? Just didn't want to have to buy batteries all the time for the wii controllers.

Yes, I finally found me a wii!!! :D

Here's the scenario... I had recently purchased a PS3 at Circuit City, after the $100 price drop. Thinking, I have the PS1, ans 2, I should go ahead and invest into the next one, plus they were giving away an extra controller, sweet deal, I thought.

Got it home, hooked up it up on my 46" dlp, and well, it was nice, had purchased Resistance for it too. Heard good things about it, though i'm more of a rpg fan. Tried it, it was cool, but just not my thing. then thought, well, I can exchange it for something else.. but what?? See, I almost got a 360, just because the line up was already established, even though i've heard of the reliability of the systems.

Long story short, I was going to try the PS3, and went the next day to wal-mart to get my hdmi cables for it, found the cables, and turned and happen to look at the nintendo case, and there it was, just waiting.... my wii!!! I was so thrilled, it took me about 5.7 seconds to find a salesperson to get it out for me to purchase. Dropped the hdmi cables at the check out, and walked out with my new, fun system.

I took the PS3 back to CC, no problems there, and proceeded to searhc for wii games and accessories.

I hooked it up and started with wii sports, it was a blast!!!! I wore myself out playing it for 4 hours last night, lol.. Even the mii thing and the wii store was just more plain fun than the PS3 network.

The PS3 is a great system, and i'll be picking it up once they have a game I really want, but as of right now, it's just not for mii :) To mii, it's all about the fun factor with a system.

Anywho, just wanted to chime in and say hi to my new home in the wii forums! HI!

Also, I plan on picking up Rayman this weekend!! Looks like a lot of fun! Picked up Marvel Alliance already, but haven't tried it out yet.
