I have been assigned a college assignment which requires students to conduct a survey to determine one's preferences regarding video games, as well to determine which types of games they hold the greatest interest in.

Please note this info will not be used for any other purpose than the assignment, which is to ultimately develop a commercially suitable game, through the use of modelling software, creation of concept art and storyboards, audio production and determining the preferences of players by conducting research through various means, including this questionnaire.
