So I was struck by some inspiration to make a new banner for my blog since all I really did on my old one was add text. Anywho, this new one features a silenced Walther PPK, which I made myself (completely in Photoshop I might add). I might make a few adjustments to it in the future, but for now I'm happy with it.

So, yeah, it's been a year since I joined Game Spot. Huzzah and so forth. What have I done here? Made some tags, rated some games, made three (now four) blogs... not much really. And that probably won't change.

George Carlin

1937 - 2008

George Carlin is best known for his anti-establishment humor, which includes bits like the seven dirty words you can't say on TV. Those who were kids in the early '90s might remember him as Mr. Conductor on Shining Time Station. He passed on Sunday from heart falure.

If you've never seen any of his work, look him up on Youtube or something.

I really need to put something other than death notices up here... So depressing.

Ernest Gary Gygax

1938 - 2008

A true legend in gaming has passed. He died the morning of March 4, 2008 at his home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. For those who don't know , he was the co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons (along with Dave Arneson).
