Hell yes, I'm from HK and I can't wait to play this game, although knowing HK is not exactly the same thing as in in the game.

I dont really risk money on 2nd hand PC games as the seller might keep the CD - code which making yourself being unable to play mutiplayer.
If you've never play it b4 and you are a big fan of RTS, then you should grab it. It's one of the best RTS game in the recent decade
