today started our tryoutsfor varsity football and im hopin to improve on a great jv season. today was out first test of 2
test one:
squat 205 lbs and rep it 20 times
i got all 20 reps and i actually had to do it 25 times b/c i kept dipping my chest 5x, anyways i was one of the 20 or so varsity players to do 20 and one of about 5 juniors to do 20 so im impressed
tommorrow is test 2 and day 1 of mini camp
the 2nd test is benchin 150 lbs a certain number of times or wutever but my max it is 275 so that should be cake ^ ^
