Definitely the Total War series or Civilization.

Not out of the gate.
I've sunk a good 100 hours into Shogun 2, but I have yet to beat a single campaign!!!! I always start strong for a week or so, get close to beating a campaign, then some new game comes out tha tI need to play, and by the time I come back to Shogun, I'm lost as to what my overall strategy was, and what the heck I was expecting from the enemy.... so I restart a new campaign which I play for a couple of weeks.. and another damn game comes out.
So I'm going to actually finish a whole campaign before I purchase the expansion. I want to support those guys since they make what is one of the best PC exclusive games out there, and because I'm hopeful their next project will be TOTAL WAR: ROME II !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
I know what u r saying. I used to do the same thing on Empire. which i have played around 977 hours. The Total War series was one of the reasons I wanted to swap over to PC gaming. And there was a few other games like Crysis in particular. But S2 has been taken to the next level and been improved in each aspect of the game. So yes, when FOTS releases, I will be getting one. Creative Assembly gets alot of criticism, but I think they r doing a great job. Keep it up.I recently came across an opportunity to upgrade, and before i buy a SSD or new Video card, i started to wonder if my ram was good enough. If anybody could tell me how cani check to see ifmy ram is working like its supposed to be, I would be much abliged. Dont i have to go to my BIOS screen and look under something?
They've already released a good wireless gaming mouse. Check the Razer Mamba :).

I've had my Razer Mamba for 2 years or so and I love it. When my friends come over, they always talk about how it feels really good and how fast it is. Very accurate and responsive when it comes to gaming.
The only games I will buy on the release date are usually role playing or strategy. Because these are the ones you are almost certain to get ur money's worth. Now if u are in to multiplayer, maybe shooters then, but i hardly ever go that route, with the exception of Team Fortress. Also, I would rather buy a gamethat has been out for a while, so I can get a discount. I mean there are so many good games, but there arent that many worth $60 in my opinion. Just wait for prices to go down.I only buy really good games for high dollar, like Fallout 3(GOTY edition) or Civilization V(my last one). Cheers
Is 650ft a typo because b was never supposed to go over 150yards. Also what type of road is 200yards wide?
markop2003
The road is a wide road, you got that part right,, NO,, the road is about 20 ft wide, the rest is grass!
I have a wired network in my house connecting to a wireless "B" router sending the signal
across the roadto a metal building 650 feet from my house.
At the metal building, I have window cut into the wall facing my house, in that window,
I have a wireless access point/Bridge that brings the low signal from the house into the
building to a wireless laptop.
This system is working now, but its not giving me the speed(10) that I have at my house.
It is of the old style "B".
It is a wireless ****** home router at the house and a ****** wireless
access point sitting in the window at the shop.
The order it works is, cable from net to wireless router at the house,
then router sends signal across the road to the wireless access point
sitting in the window at shop.
The access point then sends-resends the wireless signal inside the shop
to the laptop.
I just upgraded my net speed to "10", it was "5".
The problem is that the old "B" stuff want handle that speed from the access point.
I have the system set up as two differents systems talking to each other.
They are name, Eddie GAP (house) and Eddie GR (shop)
If I do a speed test at the shop, it will push it to hit "4" from the GR.
I take the wireless laptop to the house and it will get the "10" from the GAP wireless router, wireless.
If I'm at the house I get both signals and I can choose the one I want to use,
The shop (GAP) is weak at the house and the home (GR) is weak at the shop.
The ****** stuff is old and I want to replace it ALL with the "N" type.
The brand of the product I use does not make much difference, just as long as it is pretty good stuff and will do what I want, and would like for both
parts be from the same Mfg.
Also would like to keep the price within reason, say 250 or so dollars or less.
Now hope this helps some of you know better what I'm looking for,
because I don't!
What brands of routers and access points that you recommend that would send a strong "N" signal to do what I need it to do?
