I'll review a few games that I have played and own.

To start with, GTA IV. The game has wow factor at the start. You get to love the fast cars, the guns, the missions. Then, after 2 hours of gameplay, you get bored. The missions seems to have a repetetive theme to them. Steal this, kill that person. Saying that, Multiplayer is very good. The only problems i have with it, is the comms, and the customisation of the games.

UT3 - not at all what i was expecting. I was expecting fast shooting, quick gun action. Instead, I got a piece of wank It's boring, repetitive and dull. Has a fun-life of about 1.5 hours.

BF:BC - Very good game. Can get repetitve quickly, but multiplayer has enough trophies, unlocks and ranks to keep you wanting more.

COD4 - Amazing game. Single player, you cant get bored. Multiplayer, fantastic. Easily one of the best games on the PS3 so far.

MGS4- Amazing gameplay and graphics. Singleplayer is GREAT. Online is confusing to begin with, but it's got replay value, and is worth spending money on, for sure.

Condemned 2 - good game, get's boring after completing single player once. Multiplayer is pretty boring, but it has the shock/fear factor. Worth a try. Rent, dont buy.

Uncharted - good graphics and gameplay. not fun for long.

Grid - Love this game. Worth buying. Realistic, but fun at the same time. Drifting, circuit racing and more. Love it, get it.

Assassins Creed - if you enjoy the thrills of sneaking, hiding, silent kniving, and fast horses, this is for you. Can get repetetive, but dotn play it constantly. Do one assassination, then mess around killing people for awhile, then put the game down for awhile, and come back later, after playing some other games. Remains fun if you dont hog it for 24 hours straight.

Guitar Hero 3 : Legends of Rock- Amazing game. Fun to play, and challenging. Got replay value, and fun with friends.

Oblivion - Fun if you like exploring, and roaming round like a knight :P But can get boring with all the travelling.

Warhawk - Repetive, but fun for awhile. Dont bother if your not a hardcore shooting fan.

MGS4, COD4, Assassin's Creed, Guitar Hero Rock Band with Guitar. and Orange box

MGS series, amazing gameplay and storylines

GTA- good all round game, and good for messing about when you've finished storyline

Devil May Cry- for button mashing gameplay, love it.

Turok- Twist to games. Not many cool games that involve, knives, bows, guns dinosaurs and messed up people with guns

Oblivion- AMAZING game! Great exploration of a huge world, magic, swords, bows + arrows etc. Get it!

On MGS, alot of the storyline is explained, but to get a clear understanding, either read the database on PSN or Wikipedia. Or, get the games (alot more fun than reading...:P)

40GB: Doesn't have backwards compatibility with PS2 games.

Has only 2 USB ports

No memory card/flash card reader
