As I have always said and I will say once again, "Where is the JRPG genre gone to?". Don't tell me that they given up on it. Though I do understand why though, the market is full of shooter type with RPG elements if not Hack and Slash something with RPG style development but where do the said genre went to? I mean "Come-on GUYS!!!" Are you out of ideas? If I can think of ideas to freshen up the Genre I believe you got something too! Or I guess there's not enough audience for JRPG after all to make a transition to any nextGen console... What a let down...

A Gamer's End?
by BSEE10 on Comments
As a gamer, living in the 3rd World is pretty rough. Though as anybody agrees with me if I say that "Gaming is a luxury" and for me, next gen consoles are luxury that I can't seem to afford. Let's face it, we are living in tough times and as luxury defines I should not hold it anymore.. It makes me wanna cry.
Gaming is my passion. And I also dream myself to leave a mark in this industry. I see myself as a part-time gaming reviewee or something... but alas.. 'twas just a fleeting dream. In this era that consoles, handheld and discs are hard to comeby in the slums that we called 3rd.
Still, I hope that someday I can return home to this plane. Where I can scrutinize every single bit of a flaw of any game that I want and enjoy the bits and pieces that make it good.

I was hesitant at first but, it's real... A fan-base this good, is too good to end up just like any fan-base there is.
I have watch Dead Fantasy but it's just a Fantasy as it is. But this one is a Challenge to Holywood!!!
How to know if the game is great.

Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Reavis

With respect to the Atelier Iris Series, this game is OUTSTANDING!! I have to thank NIS in bringing this game in. Even if PS2 is a little too close upon its doom, I will continue to play the platform as long as these kinds of game excist.
Mana Khemia got the lively characters as Atelier Iris 2, some of the gameplay of Atelier Iris 3, and much much more. I really like the grow book system instead of leveling. Because there was a time i asked myself, "Why do the Alchemists in the AI series are arguably more skillfull in fighting than making things?". The Grow Book System erases that question, because you have to Synthesis first in order to gain skills used to fight the nasties. Thank NIS, keep up the good work.
