Wahhh! I wrote the first one , Tried to delete a pic and the whole thing dissappeared on me. Unfair!!

Anyway I'm here to destroy the current stereotyped image of a girl gamer. I'm a crazy collector seriously!!! And I think by being a girl gamer I'm a little more vicious than the average guy collector, I'll go to almost any feat to get the game I want and push anyone out of the way for it (I'm crazy for the classics/vintage gaming)

So that said, I'll do my best to introduce myself. Most people think of girl gamers as probably weirdos. Everyone I meet is always shocked and impressed to see that I'm a gamer, because I'm just not weird! lol.. People just don't think of me as a gamer. Sure I collect games hardcore. But I also like the color pink and glittery stuff. . One of my most favorite music genres is Hardcore Gangster rap. we're not talking only snoop dog but I'm talking Eazy E stuff like that. But at the same time I collect dolls. Yea I'm an interesting combination of girl. I don't think I look like the stereotyped gamer girl either. I'm damn hot!! Hehe yea I know that's pretty arrogant but I mean what's a girl do to right? :D . Just I think most people expect girl gamers to be freaky. haha it's not always the case. Here's my pic!!

So basically the rest of my info is that I'm Canadian,, don't know if that means too much anyway considering I like the USA better,,,, I'm 22,, and I'm in college. I'm studying the entertainment business. How cool is that? I've even taking Gaming class. I know all about how to put a game together, be a game manager and all that stuff. Infact my school is even making video games. It's a pretty cool place. I've had teachers who have worked on Nintendo and PS2 games! I'm also studying the music industry,,we have a recording studio there, the film industry and the sports industry probably one of my most favs right now!

Well the reason everyone is here anyway is to read about my games collection. I find it pretty impressive myself for a chick. I don't have all of it posted here on gamespot as I was originally posting my collection on IGN. I have a lot of things. 20 systems. Yea!! I was trying to reach some sort of large number and I'm finally there. and I also have almost 400 games. I'm less than 10 games away from 400 so you can see how I'm trying to find some more quickly. I do have some pictures posted of my games which I will do my best to get up here as soon as possible.

What am I playing right now? Shenmue 2. I want to finish that game I really like it. Besides that I don't have much time for any games right now becuase I'm in my finals for this semester at school. With shenmue it's been pretty crazy. I moved at the end of 2003 and hadn't had the chance to finish the game I started playing shenmue 1 in 2000, and now it's 2005 and I'm finally finishing shenmue 2. So it's taken me 5 years to play this set of games. pretty pathetic. I'm also really into the sims. that's the best game ever for pc's the Xbox version sucks!!

Anyway I better end this now becuase I have to get up at 7 am tomorrow and I won't be home till 9:30pm sounds great!!

I'll also end every single post with my newest game find and/or game story.

TODAY'S GAME FIND

Ohh I was cruel today. I broke the heart of a gaming guy. I feel bad. but I mean I'm a gamer girl. my heart would be broken too if I didn't take the games home!! Basically went to the local thrift store to check out the games for today. I saw a nice stack behind the general bins of games it was of boxes and they looked like they might be for some sort of machine I have so I got the clerk to bring them out for me. A guy was searching the display case too and he seemed pretty interested in the games I was pulling out. The lady put the interesting boxed stack next to me... Ohh once I saw the nintendo seal (I have pretty much every nintendo console made) I said MINE! , I could just see that guys heart break right infront of me. he was crushed. He said in a unhappy tone, oh you're going to take them all? I was like yes I am! (they were 7 MINTY MINTY boxed NES games!! how could I NOT take them!) He just staired at the games I was getting and I could see how much he wanted them. The poor guy even said I was 5 minutes too late. But like I mentioned before I think girl gamers can be more vicious..well at least I can...Because instead of actually feeling "sorry" for the guy, my instant thought was..hmm I must get to the store more often so I can get the bargains before he does. hehe well being a little ruthless has gotten me started in an amazing collection!! Learn from the pros I tell you!
