As many of us know thay when it comes to good news for the ps3 gamespot doesn't really post thyem on the news section that often, but when it comes to bad news GS will post it in a heart beat, well thats my opinion from what I've been seeing for the past well ever since ps3came out. Well heres some good news ps3 is selling well in both Japan and the US with the great deals, price and now games. Aslo beating the Wii in sales in JApan for the very first time....wow. i find gamespot reviews are great 90% of the time they are right on the average.

I've read allot of im leaving gamespot, good, im pleased some people are going to leave as the only ones who a really upset about 1 review are fangirls who want to head over to system wars and go "NA NA NA, we got an aaa you didnt get", and those leaving will in turn make gamespot a better place.

If people want biased reviews and opinions head over to psu or ps3fanboy they will tell you what you want to hear.

As I said, while the score may be a bit low, perhaps Aaron actually has some valid points regarding aspects of the game that some people might see while playing. Maybe those people won't mind those areas as much as he did, but that's the cool and irritating thing about people...we view things in different lights sometimes regarding games themselves.

Hence why I say buy the game, and post your impressions here, because I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about it. :)

What irritates me is his inconsistency on standards but a dang consistency on grading PS3 games low score.

In Heavenly Swords's review, he said there're too few extra to unlock. And now turn to R&C, he flopped and complained too many varieties and unlockables? How ridiculous is that?! It seems to me that he just wanna find something to bash so that he can take some points off and he doesn't care about any consistency.

I totally agree with you, its the inconsistency of the GS reviews, GS reviews are hyrocritical and they contradict themselves a lot and time and time again the same thing happen, it gets to the point where you have to vent and put in your 2 cents. Yes i am still getting this game no matter what, like i said with my other post Majority agree this game is a killer app. Im just waiting for a issomiac rep to actually have their say on the GS review because i think there will be one soon.

This is the problem here. So what if MGS4 got an 8.0 no one has played the full build yet why do we assume it should get a 9.0 just because of the name, for all we know that game can be total crap. Same thing here everyone expect Ratchet and Clank to get a 9 and up well before it came out, I doubt anyone here is really in the position to say what this game deserves as of now.

The main argument here is the score it got, not really the expetatiion of the games scores. If gamesspot gave this game a 8.5 then there will be less post about this. But the fact it got a 7.5 is just too low for a game that reeks out quality and gameplay. An average of 90's A franchise that is known for fun and quality gameplay. Gets a 7.5. I can tell you this if this was an x360 game this game would have gotten a 9.0, I am so sure mircosoft has something to do with it and also xbox fanboys reviewers, as you know ps3 has been selling well compare to the last few months and the ps3 momentum has been growing and growing and im sure mircosoft will do what ever they can do with there money to derail ps3.
