This is an ongoing leadership problem pure and simple. Diagnosis, they don't know what the hell they are doing and are making choices based on guesses, ego's and starting projects based on what someone else did well last year. They will stay the course unless they clean house of the current regime.

Of you could just have a big monitor and play in windowed mode........
