there will be a halo 4 it wont be made by bungie though microsoft owns the rights to halo and master chief still and that is why frankie left bungie to go to microsoft and write the next plot Halo wars is a prequal and Halo Chronicles is a different project headed by Peter Jackson Hopefully bungie will make the rumored Halo squad based shooter or a new marahon game that connects the two universes
