GS will never give out another 10. I think 9.8 is the highest they will ever go from here on out.

 I think 9.9/10 is the highest they will give out, apparently, after the THPS3 review, the highest they will give out is a 9.9/10. Someone a while ago posted about this, I don't remember the reason behind it.
