Graphics is one of the reasons it did so well.

For some weird reason he belives Banjo can do better on a very limited console than one that can actually pull out a next-gen Banjo game.

Library- The reason to own both a ps1 and a ps2 in the past was it's superior library. This generation they aren't even in the ballpark. Metal Gear Solid 4- Lets face it. This series has gown downhill since the first one. The Original Metal Gear was a work of art but the latest entries are not that great. The original was fresh, new, and was just a spectacular game. Metal Gear 2 was good but not great. MG2 had strange story elements and you didn't even play as snake most of the time. Metal Gear 3 in my opinion was pure trash. The story element was lame, and the game was just bland. MG3 substance was a little better but still not great. Basically your Big Boss who looks like snake (he's the original of your clone) and you wonder throug the jungle most of it. Very lame. Will MG4 improve on it? Graphically yes but I'll hold off on the gameplay.

Final Fantasty- This series has went from great to mediocre to good. This is no guarenteed killer app and there is not enough info to judge it right now.

If you want a blu-ray player then go ahead, pick up a cheap ps3. THe games on the other hand dont' look strong enough to own one. If you are a die hard sony fanboy then of course your blinded by truth. I and alot of other people see no reason to own one.

ps: Even GTA 4 will have exlusive content for the 360.

Don't ever insult the MGS nor FF series.

No other sealth action shooter nor RPG has ever receive greatcommentation and scoresas these two have done.

do your research before you slam the ps3 with its own exclusives.

the 360 won't even have gta4 if it weren't for gta3 on the original ps2.

Both series are completely overrated, and I bet you that if FF was actually a continuation of one whole series it wouldve bombed a long time ago.

Shooters, racers, and M rated games sell good on the 360. "Kiddy" looking games do not, as made clear by Viva Pinata. Stop being such a lemming.

Also, I'm not jealous. I'll have a 360 by the time Banjo comes out.

Let's just say this off the bat that Banjo-Threeie DOES NOT belong on the Xbox 360. It just doesn't feel right. Xbox 360 doesn't feel like a platform that can give Banjo-Threeie the attention it deserves.

Most Xbox 360 owners....ok almost ALL of them....won't really care much for a game with color and stylish graphics. Especially when it has barely no violence whatsoever.

Rare should become independent and have a choice in which platform to make. Currently, they can make for 2 platforms: the Xbox 360, which Microsoft ENCOURAGES them to do for most titles, REQUIRED for big titles like PDZ and Banjo. Or they can make a small game for DS, which they are allowed because Microsoft doesn't have a handheld system yet. The games might come out for PC, but not by Rare, they will be ported by another company.

This means no Banjo-Threeie and Killer Instinct for Wii and no Perfect Dark and Goldeneye for PS3!!!!

Doesn't that suck?
