Isn't because it doesnt feature a Thai Ladyboy as the protagonist ?! Perhaps because there isnt any fluffy sidekick with a voice so high pitched only dogs can hear it ? Or perhaps because it doesn't feature a female "mage" who brazenly flashes her panties every 7 seconds.

If that's what you think an RPG is supposed to be then you should branch out and play more games. I love JRPG's and WRPG's, theres no denying Mass Effect looks friggin amazing. Watch it effortlessly blaze past 1 mil copies sold before christmas.

I think it's $399 here (Australia), so for an extra $100 you get two games and an extra wiimote, etc.

The 40 GB will be a huge driver of sales for Playstation 3 going forward this holiday season, despite Sony's contradictory positions. It is exactly what Sony needed to succeed.
