Was it proven yet whether that rumor is true or not?
XBOX ONE definitely has the best exclusives. And quality of games matters much more than specs, especially when both the XBOX ONE and PS4 are plenty powerful for consoles.
And that's the reason I am getting an XBOX ONE first, because it has the better exclusives. Killer Instinct looks awesome!
If PS4 eventually gets better exclusive games, I might consider buying a PS4.
Mods, go ahead and lock all the pro-XBOX ONE threads you want. It won't stop the XBOX ONE from dominating the next console gen.
Good luck.
gets top scores on game review sites......then the real Cow Ownage and Cow Damage Control will begin.
Can't wait!!
Meanwhile, Cows will be playing Knack and watching rocks float.
Major Cow ownage and Cow damage control in this thread.
Great thread!!
Just wait and see. Microsoft's console will have the better graphics again next gen. Microsoft is just way way way more talented than Sony in computer technology. There's just no comparison. When it comes to computer technology, Microsoft has some of the best research and development teams in the world.
On the other hand, Sony makes good TVs and certain audio/video equipment.
Found some info, may or may not help explain the difference.

None of the first parties showing the over 30fps in their games and some having trouble getting to 30, so whats the problem? Are they laying low, not the power they claim it to have, still using ps3 code? Sorry idk how to make polls lol

The PS4 will probably be underwhelming in its performance just like Sony consoles are known to be:
- PS2 = Underwhelming performance
- PS3 = Underwhelming performance
- PS4 = More of the same
And the Xbox One will probably be extremely efficient and impressive in its performance just like Microsoft consoles are known to be:
- Xbox = Extremely efficient and impressive performance
- Xbox 360 = Extremely efficient and impressive performance
- Xbox One = More of the same
That technique is old hat really. Epic designed it into their engine so it could be implimented by a developer, AMD has something similliar to it also.
But at the end of the day it doesnt really make much of a front end difference. Its more impressive sounding on paper than in reality. Its kind of like when a TV manufacturer brags about having some insanely high number to :1 on contrast ratio but in the real world it makes no difference, it just sounds good on a product portfolio.
