I don't think it quite that simple. The complete architecture of both systems has to be looked at to determine which is more powerful. From what I've read online, both systems seem to be comparable in power. Most likely, both systems will end up having exclusive games with incredible graphics.
The PS4 and XBOX ONE are both great systems. They will probably have comparable graphics and performance. I am getting both systems at their respective launches because I want to be able to play whichever games I wish to play.
