I've had computer problems for the past few weeks. That's why I haven't been on the site in such a long time. But don't worry I'm back now.

I think the Sonic series needs new direction. I think Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood and Sonic Unleashed well be good but I still think the series new direction.

1. I think the series should focus a lot more on gameplay. The gameplay recently has just been really bad and they need to fix it. I think the Hedgehog Engine will be awesome.
2. We need better storylines. The Sonic Adventure series had an awesome storyline. There was character development and a intriguing storyline. So far no other games in the Sonic series have came close to having such good storylines. Which is why I think the Sonic Team needs to start making better storylines. I think the storylines should be more mature. That's right I think the Sonic should be rated T for Teens because then the games could be more mature and attract a bigger audience. I think ever since Sonic Heroes the storylines have gotten to kiddy (not counting Shadow the Hedgehog) and boring.
3. We need new voice actors. A few months ago I was one of those people that loved the old voice cast and just did not like the 4kids voice cast. And I still do dislike the 4kids voice cast I mean there a few good voices. Sonic's is okay and Eggman's is good but the rest stink (especially Knuckles's they really ruined Knuckles's voice). But I've came to realize something the original voice cast wasn't that great either. I mean they were okay but not great. I think the Sonic series needs new a voice cast because the current ones really aren't that good (well Eggman's voice can stay I guess). But I don't want the old ones to come back either . I want a brand new voice cast. I the think Sonic series deserves better voices.
4. Stop introducing new characters every game. Don't get me wrong I don't hate the idea of new characters but I don't think we need new characters every game. Sonic Team should just work with the characters they have now and develop them.
5. More character development. I think the Sonic series needs a lot more character development.

And those are the things I think well make the Sonic series better. Please discuss my ideas and add your own.

A lot of you have asked me where the heck I have been in the past few months. As a lot of you know I have been gone for quite a while. Well I'm finally ready to tell you WHERE THE HECK I HAVE BEEN. There's no big secret behind it. I just got tired of video games. There are many reasons I got tired of video games and I'm going to tell you a few of them.

Reason Number 1: I started reading comic books. Comic Books are awesome and after I started reading them I didn't want to play games as much anymore. Also at the time I couldn't afford to buy comics and video games.

Reason Number 2: The Sonic series was horrible! After playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 I lost all hope for the Sonic series. It was terrible. Sonic and the Secret Rings was okay but Sonic games should be better than okay. Sonic games should be awesome. But now my hope in the Sonic series has been restored by Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. It looks like it may return the Sonic series to its former glory. Sonic Unleashed maybe good too but I don't like the idea of Sonic turning into a werewolf.

Reason Number 3: I didn't have enough money to buy video games anymore.

Trust me there are more than that but I don't want to go through all of them. But my gaming interesting has been refueled. So I have returned to GameSpot (FOR REAL THIS TIME).

I am now a Marvel Comics fan. The comics I read are The Amazing Spider-Man, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, The Sensational Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, New Avengers, Mighty Avengers,and Avengers: The Initiative. I'm also currently reading the limited series World War Hulk, New Avengers/Transformers, and The New Avengers: Illuminati. I also read the first volume of Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. which was a really good book. I wish someone would make petition on petitiononline.com to bring back Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. I would but I'm not good at making petitions.

The one I'm looking forward to the most is Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.

Three new Sonic games are coming out. Sonic Rush Adventure, Sonic Rivals 2, and Sonic RPG. The one I want the most is the Sonic RPG. I can't wait until these new Sonic games come out. Sonic Rush Adventure comes out in Fall, Sonic Rivals 2 comes out in November 6, 2007, and Sonic RPG comes out in 2008.

Just a few days ago it was Homestar Runner's 10th Anniversary. Homestar Runner is my favorite cartoon. I hope Homestar Runner makes it to its 20th Anniversary.
