To start, the PS2 did not have the selection of WRPGs that the 360 does, nor is it current-gen. And DS JRPGs and console JRPGs hardly play anything alike and should not be counted. But I guess that will never stop cows from hiding behind other platforms.
Cows: Microsoft buys all of their exclusives and support.
As if Sony fanboys can even talk about this. How do you think Sony got so much 3rd party support when they were entering the console market? Because they threw their money around. Not to mention the 360 has a simpler architecture to develop for which entices many devs.
Cows: The PS3 has superior graphics.
The one and only leg that the PS3 has left to stand on is that it's a bluray player, but now there are many cheaper bluray players.

You make me laugh so much becuase you only pick things to say good about the 360 and bad about the ps3. What about Blu-ray and having the only so far AAAA game on any console and being 1080p native and not just 720p native which the 360 is and only does a crappy 1080p upscale. what about the fact that the faluire rate is so much lower then the 360 what about that i dont have to pay for online play and also the only huge game still to come out on the 360 is gears of war after that there is nothing ps3 still has loads coming out how about that ps3 is built to last longer then the 360 and also the fact that games look just as good on each console and then they will carry on improving for the ps3 and slow down on the 360 there isnt a jump in diffrence straight from the start DUH
For the record, I dont own any of the current gen consoles anymore, but I do like to watch you guys fight amongst yourselves.
Also, the Ps3 isn't native 1080p either, only a handfull of the games are coded in 1080p, the rest are 720p or lower, and your ps3 UPSCALES the image. This doesnt improve the image quality, it just stretches it out like an old poonani.
Some games for the PS3 are 1080p native. When they are they look absolutely gorgeous thanks to Blu-ray and HDMI. But yea that whole "all games on PS3 are 1080p" is gettin old.
Yeah I had the list of Native 1080p games somewhere. Not alot, but they are out there. Anyway, back to Bioshock at 2560x1600 (lol sorry :( )
