Recently i preordered MW2 2 off them sent me an email say it will be delivered by private courier on released day, i also bought Company of Heros off them.

on 15th october i preordered COD

on 20th of October i bought CoH

1. COD has not turned up

2 CoH has not turned up

3. i have already paid for COD

4. All there call centers are indian and cannot tell if you say "C" or "3"

5. even if you get past that stage they then tell you what you alrady know and oh don't do anything about it

6. they have absolutly no help on there website

i have bought/preordered games from them before but simply for customer services and unreliability to deliver the good they are right at the bottom of all major online shops. I WARN YOU ABOUT their customer services 1/10 if that.

They may say we have no moral guide line blah blah blah. But i'm pretty sure were mor moral than some religions *cough* Islam *cough*
