Yesterday I got together with my girlfriend, best friend, his sister, his sister's boyfriend, my sister and her boyfriend and we all went down to Santa Cruz and went to the boardwalk. The entire car ride down (thank god I didn't have to drive) I listened to Devin Townsend's solo stuff and some various black metal groups. Once we got there I got some spicy chicken wings and chili cheese fries, and while they were overpriced they were surprisingly good. We went around and rode all the rides and then got some ice cream and then ate it on the beach. Eventually we decided to make our way to the arcade. It was pretty awesome. I played Punch Out, Rampage, Street Fighter, Percussion Master, Mario kart Arcade GP, and some Neo Geo game that I didn't recognize. Percussion Maste was awesome, especially because I had been wanting to play it since I saw it in a scene in Lost In Translation. Hopefully I'll make a review for it soon. On the car ride back I listened to Strapping Young Lad and Soulfly. Anyway, I hope you guys had a great weekend as well!
