I got it runnin on all high, only thing not on max is texture detail (on high instead of ultra) at 1280x1024 with 4AA on this rig: Core 2 Duo E4400 2GB DDR RAM X1950Pro :p Silky smooth, no slowdown at all.

Id guess E4300. Intel Core 2 Duo's are amazing, they beat anything Athlon do.

C&C3 has more detail and better textures, Sup Com has better shadow and lighting effects, also Sup Com on max is far more impressive than C&C3 on max. On an average comp tho, where it could run C&C3 on high and Sup Com on medium, C&C3 would look better.

intel-gamer, http://www.gamershell.com/download_18078.shtml. That has a bundle of all the patches, just install that, and all the Sup Com patches will be installed together! And Mbashour, Thats an ok system, but Id recommend this: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2GB DDR2 RAM 320MB GeForce 8800 GTS (or if thats too expensive, an 7900GT, 7900GTX, 7950GX2 or X1950 Pro) That would be a good system with any of those cards, obviously the 8800 is the best. The 8600's offer poor performance on current games, and by the time DirectX10 is mainstream, the 8600 will be a low end card. Hope I could help, if you need any more help, mail me via gamespots messaging service, or add me on msn messenger ben.calvert@hotmail.co.uk and we'll talk in more depth. Hope I helped :)

to joe_elwick, the 8800 is definetly worth extra money, but get a 8800, not an 8600, the 7950 or even 7900 is better than the 8600's.
