Well with the impending release of previews for GTAIV by all major websites (I believe the first to be released this Wednesday), I dunno whether I want to read them or not. For me, this is the biggest game of the year and I don't want to ruin it by reading about too much of the story etc. But with the lack of info Rockstar give us, I'm very tempted. So what do you think, what are you gonna do?
God i loved those games, I even brought an Xbox just to play Shenmue 2 after my brother sold his dreamcast before it came out.
But as its been said, Sega will probably never release a sequel, after all it is one of the most expensive games ever made (apart from Too Human I think) and was a total commercial flop. The only chance is if somebody buys the rights to the game and then make it themselves, hiring Yu Suzuki (hopefully). Even that has a problem because alot of games wouldn't have played this series, and since it is so story driven, new comers would be wondering WTF is going on unless they recap over the stories in the previous two games. And a simple movie wouldn't be good enough like in Shenmue 2, cause that movie sucked imo.
