Legend of the Seeker has had 2 seasons with 22 episodes each. It could be called a mix between Lord of the Rings and Xena the Warrior Princess. It is not campy like Xena. It takes itself more seriously like Lord of the Rings.
It is based on the popular novel series, The Sword of Truth, by Terry Goodkind.
It has equal parts romance and action. It appeals to both men and women.
Unfortunately, season 3 was canceled, but many fans of the show are fighting to keep it alive.
Here's a link to 2 minute clip with highlights of LotS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpk0y9DA9SE&feature=player_embedded
Here's a couple pics:
Romance!
Action!
If only publishers and game developers would just go away. We would then have free games for everyone!
Halo 3 is this gen. It has this neat feature called "multiplayer online". It also has another one called "4-player online co-op". Oh, and you can communicate with a "headset" and "microphone" at all times!
Please don't make anymore "Metroid Prime 3 kills Halo" threads. Halo is on another plane.
sony fans only thought it was so good a the timebecasue they didnt have much else to get excited for..
plus the vids didnt give a good account of the game..it just goes to show you dont trust anything until its infront of you on your own screen..

The journalists could have clued us in. Everyone, including Adam Sessler, said the Lair proved that the PS3 was the most powerful console. What happened?
Something is wrong with preview "hands-on" impressions. Where was the negative comments in previews for Lair?
Here's Gamespots hands-on preview comment:
"If you think it sounds cool to jump on the back of a dragon and set fire to loads of baddies, you'd be right."
Of course, the final review score speaks for itself: 4.5
So, why was Lair hyped, when it failed to such an extent? The final game is hardly playable. Why wasn't there any concern during previews?
I would say that people have given Factor 5 and Sony too much slack.
[QUOTE="Scarletred"][QUOTE="Nike_Air"]You have to leave System Wars forever because you hyped a game AAand it didn't work out? Relax , take a deep breath.

Yea but he might have made a bet in that stickied topic.
yes, yes i did.
You never know how a game will score until it is released to the public. Journalists don't know squat and they are almost always wrong when previewing games.
But, Factor 5 must be feeling pretty bad now. Even if they knew that the deadline was too short, it doesn't feel good to put out garbage.
