well first make sure you don't have a bad ethernet cable going from your 360, also make sure its teh right size of ethernet cable there are different sizes and kinds. I also think for this to work your pc had to be connected to the router via ethernet cable not usb.
It got boring for me so i bought bad company 2 and God of War 3 and stopped playing cod for a while now I'm starting to play it again and its fun again. Try taking a break.
