I bought battalion wars 2 yesterday, and I must say that Xbox 360 graphics aren't much better. I played Halo 3, and I'm much more impressed by Battalion wars 2 cinematics than Halo's.
I prefer MP3 because contrarely to Halo, there always has been a lot of changes in the games, when the gameplay stays mostly the same in Halo without any real changes.
The Wii is important. Because their are MANY gamers who thinks that PS3 and XBOX 360 are not the best systems out there. The Wii is giving new ways of playing at a great price. Who cares if there are "minigames"? These kind of games are successful, as is the Wii.
Why would graphics matter? I can play MP3, which has last-gen graphics, if you listen to everybody here, and have more fun that playing Halo 3 because I don't care about graphics. The proof that graphics doesn't matter is that almost everybody here says that the SNES was the best console. And until somebody proves me otherwise, there are no games on SNES with better graphics than Halo 3.
I'm surprised that nobody ever shows Fire emblem as an example. It has one of the best battle system you can ever play and I don't know anything that can beat its storyline. Path of radiance was a great game, radiant dawn will also be one.
I don't think I saw any threads on fire emblem on system wars yet, so I guess I should start it no? I've been reading in Nintendo power that it was a currently underhyped game and I have to agree, the more I learn about it, the more awesome it looks like.
