I say they settle with the Fiesta bowl and just dominate next year, there is nothing they can do about it. there are many other teams that have been screwed over by the BCS. The SEC does have a good tie breaker rule, hopefully the Big 12 can change their's. Texas should be playing in the Big 12 championship and National championship. Longhorn 4 Life!
