Voltage is not as much a problem as heat generated. Make sure you have good cooling and you should be ok. Make sure to check your temps. Also, overclocking can affect your ability to use the CPU at the rated speed. If you every decided to downclock, or back to stock settings, the machine may not POST. I had this happen before.
The PSU that normally comes with a case purchase is pretty low spec. I would recommend buying a case without PSU from now on to save on the extra cost. Think about it... the PSU goes out, and the computer will not work... at all... The PSU shorts and throws 12 volts onto its 3 or 5 volt leg, and your MB, CPU, or peripherals are toast. As simple as it is, the PSU normally gets overlooked. $500 video card, $600 CPU and MB... running on a cheap PSU?!?!?! You get what you pay for... I like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817702003 Lifetime Warranty as well!
