[QUOTE="kraken2109"][QUOTE="Bl4KD37H"][QUOTE="kraken2109"] Most people here have tried at least one if not several gaming headsets. I know I have tried several from razer and turtle beach, as well as briefly trying some trittons.

Well mon hasnt he is just a troll

He's been on this forum a long time and helped many people. Both things I can't say of you.

Thats fine this place is low budget anyway, but in this instance he is trolling

Whenever I use my headset for Black Ops 2, the headset icon and my PSN ID pops up at the top of the screen as if I'm saying something even though I'm not saying anything. Is there anyway to fix this? Any help is appreciated!!!

[QUOTE="Bozanimal"]The previous recommended method was to use the Astro Mixamp, ideally, but it's gone WAY up in price. The Turtle Beach DSS2 does not allow you to plug in a mic, so right now if you want to have both gaming audio and use a mic with a headset, you're pretty much forced to use a gaming headset. There are definitely not many options if you're a console player looking for wireless, and I'll be updating the Headphone FAQ at some point in early 2013 when I have some time. If it's between the two, I'd go with the A50's. I've use the wired versions of headsets from both manufacturers, including both the A30 and A40 from Astro, and the Astro's are super comfy. Like most gaming headsets, they can sound a bit bloated from a bass standpoint, but if their sound is like the A40's they're pretty good. Happy gaming, Boz

TY someone with some sense in here. This is all i wanted to know, i did however go with the TB Tango because it had more features for the money.

[QUOTE="Bl4KD37H"]

[QUOTE="MonsieurX"] Why do you care about his thread?MonsieurX

Because he wanted an opinion from people that own them probably so he can make a decision. Not from some troll that doesnt own them trying to promote some other garbage. Obviously this is the wrong place to ask anything about gaming headsets for consoles.

[QUOTE="MonsieurX"]5$ mic and works with everythingMonsieurX

I havent seen one that works with all consoles, you have a link? Do you happen to have owned or have been able to try out the headsets i am asking about vs. the headsets your trying to sell me on?

If your tv have a audio out or using a receiver,yes they will work with anything. I own Sennheiser's HD555 and they are amazing,sound is clear and can hear footsteps behind.

You didnt answer my second question, and you cant plug a mic into your tv.

[QUOTE="Bl4KD37H"][QUOTE="MonsieurX"] Real headphones will sound better anyway than those so called "gaming headphones". Pretty sure Bestbuy got other choices that are betterMonsieurX
Not with a built in mic and multiplatform reciever

5$ mic and works with everything
