The law should be above any contract.
PRISM is violating the law and Snowden made that public, he should be carried on your shoulders and cheered upon.
I dont even understand how you can agree with the treats made agianst him if it is your goverment that is doing soemthing horribly wrong.

TheWalkingGhost

You have a narrow view on this. Proven by how PRISM was used against terrorists and has prevented terror attacks worldwide. Snowden is no hero and should be thrown in jail.

I can also make claims about having stopped certain terrorist acts, doesnt make them true.
The world is getting spied on by their ally big brotehr the US, most if not all peopel here in Europe resent the US for doing such things.
Mainly because we dont shiver in our boots at the word terrorisme, turn off your tv go outside and see how much terorisme there really is in your country.

Let put is this way

US has made a deathsquad that targets random civvies, murders them and they all have signed a contract of secrecy.
One coems out to the world and says what they have been doing is wrong and against the law.
There will be people stating he should be executed for breaking his contract he is a traitor and he shouyld be punnished.

when did a contract become more valuable then your privecy, freedom and human right.

[QUOTE="NEWMAHAY"]My friend is Korean. She was telling me about the stories of people who escape. North Korea sounds like a horrible place. I really feel bad for its citizens. I will check out the video later. mrbojangles25

Horrible? diffrent, sure they are poor and they dotn have anything but they are just peopel trying ti live their lives with the tools they have.

any sanction laid upon NK hurts them more than the glorious leaders.

really gives you something to think about.

While I agree that the sanctions might have a negative affect on the civilians, it is hard to argue that foreign influence in North Korea has any significant negative influence on the people relative to what their own government does.

When your leader spends most of your budget on the military, and the only full bellies are those of the troops and some of the city inhabitants, there is little left for the rest of the population, specifically in the rural areas.

Add to this the brain washing, the police/martial state, lack of food, and worse, and its a pretty difficult situation.

And it is definitely not just poor people trying to live their lives; they are oppressed to a severe degree, to the point where living as a homeless person in China is appealing.

i disagree unless you have lived in korea and as a chinese homelss person you cant make such assuptions.
I reccomend you watch the video, its really a good atch and may generate soem mercy on NK behalf.

I am not saying their good but i dont think theyr are the devil either.

7 years is a long time.

take your age and count back 7 years, all that = lost in a concrete cell living in fear of gangs.

Slashless

can't do the time don't do the crime etc. etc etc.

I agree but I find the "time" a bit on the hard side.
But then again i always find that since I believe you have only 1 life ands its such a waste to waste it away in a contrete block.

[QUOTE="MakeMeaSammitch"]

stupid question; how do you prove rape? The only way I can see it really being proven is if there's semen in or on her body. Physical injuries seem suspect as they could do it to themselves.

Ace6301

You can get a trained examiner to see if there is signs of forced entry into the vagina or if there was signs of resistance. Given that he was arrested several hours after she went to the police I'd assume they would have done this. It's odd that so many here are willing to jump onto the males side to defend him rather than having a wait and see attitude.

I had sex with a virgin, doesnt go easy but it was concensual.broke her hymen and prolly left het vag in a worse state then ever.

Also some girls like to get hit during sexual intercourse. (like flat hand slap on butt)
and extreme cases like to get choked (yes, look it up)

how do you defend your case it wasnt rape now?
