nah that guy that mentioned framerate is correct. in the interviews with the dev after the press conference he said if you had the pro but no 4k tv they can do uncapped fps so you get more than 30 fps. he was talking about display options in the pro menu if you only used a 1080p tv. like choose between higher fps or 1080p with more graphic effects and locked 30fps.

would prefered if they kept psn like it waas now and if you want all the + perks and cross game chat then get psn+
