Hey guys! School started this week! Although I was away for the first 4 days, reason being the Melbourne excursion and I wasn't feeling well today. But I am going to school on Friday, which is tomorrow. :P

On Friday last week at 1 AM me and about 36-38 other students came to school to catch a bus along with 3 teachers.

I noticed that one of my best friends has showed up! This surprised me considering he said he wasn't coming along. This made me very happy. The bus head off to Brisbane. We sat next to each other on the bus, and a few times he slept on me. :| I couldn't sleep that whole trip! :cry: When we got to Brisbane he waited about 3 hours to catch the plane to Melbourne (which is in another state by the way). What did I do during those hours? I walked around, drew a little, spoke to some people and watched the television that was discussing the presidental election and.....*shudder* Mitt Romney. *shudder*. In about 2 hours to go, we checked out our bags and headed upstairs.

There were shops everywhere and we were allowed to roam around. I didn't buy anything, but a few people bought food and my friend bought a book. He loves books. :P When a sat down a few schoolmates said that they saw Jamal Idris that plays for the Gold Coast Titans! (Previously Canterbury Bulldogs). Then they showed me the photo on the camera! I then head off and started to walk. I walked past the male toilet and who happens to walk out of there? JAMAL IDRIS. I got to admit, he is a tall bloke. :o I saw somebody ask for his photo and he seemed happy enough. I didn't bother. :P

On the plane I got the window seat! :D But I couldn't sleep then either! :cry: The plane had a bumpy landing. When we landed we went outside and caught a bus that dropped us off at Hotel Discovery, which was a pretty okay stay to place at. He found our rooms and then packed our backpacks with stuff we needed and met up with everybody. We walked into town to find Federation Square. There were protesters to save the Kimberley! (Which is in WA, and we were in Victoria). There was a big event happening actually, with music! Then this tour guide showed and showed our group the town.

She showed up various places I can't remember, walls and walls of pretty street art ( I took photos!) and historical areas. And you would not belive what I saw. Someone was cosplaying as Link from TLoZ! people in my class didn't recognise him but I did and took photos. He was at the other side of the street though. I went over to another group to tell a mate of mine that Link is around. He came with me but he couldn't see Link. :( Because Link walked off, silently. It was a pretty good cosplay too. he has the shield and the sword and everything. :P

After that we went back to the hotel to have dinner and then we caught a tram (which was painful because I stood up for the whole time) to go to Luna Park! It was a small theme park, but it was fun. I went on two rollercoasters. One was really bumpy and the other was fast! I also went through a mirror maze and this boat ride that goes sideways upwards-if that makes sense? I went on that ride 3 twice. After that he head on back tot he hotel and had about 4-6 hours of sleep.
