When it comes to games and awards I have reservations because it's just entertainment. No one ultimately buys into the hype because if they did they just end-up disappointed and hateful. I feel like awards have already ruined the movie and music industry so why apply that same perfect formula to video games? Look at where it got Age of Conan. They went after and won practically every award available to a mmorpg from 2005 to 2008 and they probably won't survive one or two years at best. I even hope AoC will survive because the game isn't that bad not to mention I have some high level characters, but I don't play anymore because I practically ran out of content and other players to quest with. Why would I want to pay Funcom monthly fees to farm for my guild of one. Anyway Fable and Fable II were both two of the funnest and most addictive games I've ever played. They're the type of games you play everyday until you finish every quest and find every item laying around because they're just that, ... FUN! Now I'm sad because I have to wait at least 3 more years for a sequel.
