I'd be down for remakes of at least the first two games as long as nothing was taken out. I'm not sure what they could add to the series without breaking it like Nuts & Bolts sorta did.

@hferg81: You probably won’t be able to get the collection for free, but having those game in your library shouldn’t affect your ability to get it.
