EVE is an excellent game. . . The only trouble is that it is really, well slow with a steep learning curve.

Guild Wars isn't bad. You don't need to pay-per-month, you don't need to spend a huge amount of time playing to get somewhere, and its not "cartoony" like WoW is.

Personally, I think WoW is excellent. Just takes forever to get out there.

Age of Empires III, a fairly recent RTS game. Nice and easy to get into.

Rise of Nation as well. Not very recent, but one of the best RTS games I've played.

The classics are good as well, that were already mentioned, such as: Warcraft III, Starcraft, Red Alert, and Some of the Command and Conquer games.

Hmm I was kinda worried about that ha. . .

Ah well, none the less though their are tons of other good games that I still want to try out . . . Any suggestions at all? I mostly like FPS, RTS, and some adventure or Role-playing games.

Hey there I purchased myself a new computer about two months ago and in that time I have had alot of issues with it (damned Vista). However most of those issues I've been able to resolve, except one. When ever I play Crysis, my computer has a hard time playing Crysis even on Medium settings in some cases. When I was putting the computer together it was with impulse and just kinda went with it. However I still expected to play Crysis at least on high settings. Initially i thought it may have been my RAM as I originally started with two so I purchased two new sticks and then realised that I got a 32 bit system and it probably would not detect it all. It did however which really confused me and the computer itself does run faster, however no improvement with Crysis. I just get alot of lag and slow performance overall
