Thats more like it......

That's so ironic because you have been saying how great the Wii is, yet you just admitted that all the good games in 2007 did not come out on the Wii.

Oh, and bioshock is one of the most overrated games of all time.

I've had an xbox 360 for two years now, and the only reason I still have it is because of the games and xbox live. The console itself is complete garbage. I am on my third xbox 360 and I'm pretty sure the third one is about to break. It freezes all the time, constantly signs me out of xbox live, and wants me to update games almost every time I play them. So I'm probably going to end up with another refurbished xbox 360 that will break in another couple of months. Microsoft claims the failure rate is 3-5%, it's more like 50-75%.

Anyways, I just bought a 40GB PS3 last night and am already impressed. The PS store is just as good, if not better than xbox live marketplace. It also has a web browser, which loads web pages just as fast as my computer. I've played a couple of demos, including motorstorm and RFOM. Both are PS3 exclusives and both are great games. The best though, is GT:HD. This is only GT4 in HD, but the graphics are amazing. I can't wait untill GT5Prologue comes out.

I think that as of now, the xbox 360 has the advantage over the PS3 in terms of game selection. But I also think that will change in 2008. That being said, I think either of them are a good choice. I personally bought the PS3 for the games coming out for it in 2008, but also because I was also tired of the xbox 360's unacceptable unreliability. I have owned or currently have the following consoles-NES, SNES, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, PS3. I have only had problems with the xbox and xbox 360. Microsoft should be allowed to make such poor quality products. This is definately something I would consider when buying a new console, I'm glad I got the warrenty for the 360.

Hi, recently I've been thinking about buying an HDTV for my Xbox 360 and to watch standard cable television on. I have decided not to buy an LCD because they are too expensive and don't look very good on standard cable television. I'm interested in a CRT or "tube" HDTV because they still look great and are less expensive.

The two televisions that I am interested in are the 30" Samsung CRT HDTV, http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7716769&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat95100050039&id=1138087675171

and the 30" LG CRT HDTV, http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7685089&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat95100050030&id=1134703573897

From the reviews I've read so far, the Samsung isn't very reliable and has many defects, which worries me since I will be paying an upwards of $600 dollars for a television. The reviews for the LG have been better, and people say it's more reliable, which I can believe since I have a two year old LG cell phone that still works perfect. The reason I am so worried about reliability is because I've only owned Sony televisions, and have never had a problem with any of them, even the one from 1976 still works. I'm not going to buy a Sony television because the smallest CRT HDTV they make is 34" and is $1000 dollars, which is too much.

I just want your opinions on which is a better television, and if any of you own either of these television, how you likeĀ the televisionĀ and if you have had any problems with the television. Thanks, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
