This just happened to me as well. Just got Xbox live, got all the updates, my sis and I look and son of a **** all of our 2880 points are gone. AND all of our 360 game saves. I don't care too much about the points, but does anyone know if we can recover the save games?

...if I've already downloaded the free version off the website? I'm not a uber-crazy NIN collector, but I enjoy the album a lot, and the physical version comes with stickers, and I have a thing for stickers. XD

Anyone have an opinion?
