I've spent the past two years of my life coming to Gamespot looking for game reviews, walkthroughs, trailers, and support. Slinking silently in the background, I've not offered anything to the Gamespot community in return. However, today is the day when I first speak out!I'm a gamer, a tech connoisseur, an avid movie-goer, and a lover of all electronic media and entertainment.

At the age of 5 years, I began my gaming tenure as a prodigious player of Sonic 2, on the Sega Genesis. Recognizing my calling to gaming greatness, my parents were quick to gift me the Nintendo 64, upon launch. Not long after conquering Super Mario 64 and Body Harvest, I moved on to Playstation. Herein resulted a long-lived love for the Final Fantasy series as well as the Gran Turismo Series. Dabbling in the Sega Dreamcast, I patiently awaited the arrival of the Playstation 2. With the help of an affluent, family friend, I was able to get my hands on the Playstation 2 three months before launch. Long were the days playing Metal Gear Solid 2, Final Fantasy X, and later on, Killzone. Not to be close-minded, I picked up the Nintendo Gamecube. In the Gamecube I enjoyed hits such as Super Smash Brothers: Melee, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, and one of my all-time favorites, Metroid Prime. Still not satisfied, I purchased an Xbox along with the launch of Halo 2. I'll admit, I missed out on the greatness of Halo: CE when it was still in its prime however, Halo 2 became a defning experience for my gaming identity. In Halo 2's multiplayer, via Xbox LIVE, Boilertron was born.

Microphone's, anonymity, and a mind riddled with pubescent levels of testosterone, combined for a personality dubbed, Boilertron. Admittedly, I was the middle school kid on Halo 2 that was screaming at and libeling other, often innocent, players. In time, I matured and left behind the belligerent barking of profanities, only to become more immersed in the online communities surrounding XBL, Halo 2, and everything gaming related.

Now much older, I'm a huge fan of my Xbox 360, a PC gamer and custom PC builder, a tech lover that often blows entire paychecks on electronics I really don't need, a collector of all movies that aren't bad, and an interested observer of the video game industry.
