What's the best way to get good at playing Starcraft 2 on battle.net? Is there a website that will detail the basic strategies involved, or is it just an experience type of thing?

I'm going to upgrade from an ATI Radeon X1900XT, which is insanely loud. I want a reasonably quiet gpu.
